Head Strength Coach
Cody Beyster has been personal training for 12 years. He graduated from Utah State with a degree in Exercise Science. He worked in two programs over the years, Suzuki Strength and EXL Fitness and Performance. He has worked with high school, college, and professional athletes as well as working men and women.
At 6 years old he had the amazing opportunity of being around a lot of professional athletes. Cody's stepdad, who is a personal trainer, focused much of his training on professional athletes when he was younger. He recalls one morning waking up and going downstairs to grab breakfast. On the way to the kitchen young Cody noticed that someone was sleeping on our couch in the living room. As he got closer I saw a duffle bag that had the Mighty Ducks logo on it. It was then that he realized that there was a professional hockey player in his house! Experiences like this happened multiple times while growing up and these events shaped his desire of becoming a personal trainer. Cody believe's that there is great importance in having a personal trainer and that is why every determined individual should have one.
