Small Group Personal Training

Foundation pioneered this way of training. It is now our number one way we train people now. It is the same program you would receive in a personal training program; it is just conducted in a small group environment. You still get individualized attention and workouts; you just share the room with up to six other people and a trainer. The trainer simply floats between clients to ensure proper technique is being used.

In a tough economic time, saving money is everything. It’s less expensive than personal training, but provides more personal attention than a large class at a typical gym.

Some sessions will be more aerobic and others more strength-based, but all will be fun and challenging.

Some things you might do:

  • Kettlebells
  • Bodyweight exercises
  • Speed and agility training
  • Modified strongman exercises
  • Olympic lifting
  • Medicine balls
  • Plyometrics
  • "Regular" weight training
  • Stability work
