The class introduces kids to the importance of exercising, eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle. Classes are circuit training based with some running, flexibility training and obstacle course work. Many different types of exercising techniques would be introduced during the seven week class. The key component of the class is individual improvement. Each child will track their training through a journal. At the end of each session there will be a discussion and "healthy tip of the day." This class will have a big impact on the forming habits of young people.
