What’s This Chiropractic Thing About?

what-is-chiropractic-about

When your back joints get “stuck” it makes your muscles play a losing game of tug-o-war. Chiropractors diagnose and treat common spinal and joint misalignments that can occur from lifestyle or injuries causing pain, discomfort and degenerative conditions. Chiropractic can restore movement (getting those joints “unstuck”) so your muscles can get the workout you want without interference.

Dr. Paul Bolton (our Foundation Chiropractor) has effectively treated: back pain, sciatica, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, sports injuries, and work-related injuries (among many others).

Why may Chiropractic be important to you? Many conditions treated by chiropractic occur over time and have been accumulating and building over the span of your life. Getting to the problems before they get too big is an important way to prevent injury and maintain the best health possible. Research shows that patients receiving regular chiropractic adjustments have healthier joints, enhanced immunity, fewer chronic injuries, and improved athletic performance. Many of today’s top athletes subscribe to regular ongoing chiropractic treatment as an integral part of their fitness plan.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. Injuries (even minor ones) treated early can prevent the build-up of pain that can keep you from work and workouts. Pain is often the last thing to show up when there has been something wrong with the back for a very long time. It’s wise to get your back moving in a healthy way to prevent injuries and pain. Stay healthy and get adjusted today.
